Hale County This Morning, This Evening

RaMell Ross’s documentary observes the lives of two young Black men - Daniel and Quincy - across five years in Hale County, Alabama. Trading conventional narrative for a lyrical, associative form built from small moments, weather, and the passage of time, the film composes an intimate portrait of community and the texture of Black life in the American South.

Cut the campaign trailer for the theatrical release - condensing a film built on drift and accumulation without flattening it into plot.
