The applications that shape my workflow

Claude — Where most of the custom tooling begins.
Cursor — The editor the tooling gets written in, with a model in the loop.
Fetch — Mine. A native macOS download manager for film and audio work — designed, built and branded solo.
SwiftUI — Every interface in Fetch, from the first sketch to the installer.
Slack — Day to day with production teams and post crews.
Signal — The direct line when a conversation shouldn’t sit on a company server.
Telegram — How the agent reports in and takes instructions.
CapCut — Lifting the grammar of social media, cut on the phone.
Obsidian — The knowledge base the agent writes to and reads back — context that compounds.
Hermes — The self-hosted model behind the agent. Runs on my own hardware, not an API.
Raspberry Pi — The always-on hardware the whole self-hosted bench runs on.
Avid — Media Composer — long-form documentary, and the cut that has to survive a year of changes.
Premiere — Short-form and commercial work, and anything that has to move through Adobe.
Photoshop — Frames, plates, titles, and the design work around a cut.
Speechify — Scripts and long reads as audio.

What I do

Capabilities

01

Editorial

Long-form documentary and series, campaign and marketing cutdowns, and short-form built for the platforms it plays on. Story structure first — the cut that has to survive a year of changes, and the one that has to land in six seconds.

02

AI-Assisted Production

Object removal, set extensions, and generative coverage where a reshoot wasn’t possible — delivered on an active narrative feature, inside real post schedules.

03

Local AI Pipelines

ComfyUI workflows for video — Florence 2, SAM2, ProPainter, Wan 2.1 VACE. Custom segmentation, inpainting, and generation built for production control.

04

Custom Tooling

Production problems turned into software — prototyped fast, then hardened into tools that ship and keep working. Native macOS, from the first sketch to the installer.

05

Workflow Automation

A self-hosted LLM agent running scheduled jobs against a knowledge base that compounds across sessions — persistent context, autonomous scheduling, and work that happens between sessions rather than only inside them. Built and running on my own infrastructure.

This site, end to end — Next.js and TypeScript, GSAP and Lenis driving the motion, a WebGL hero, video served from R2. The reel’s expand-into-page transition and the ComfyUI board are hand-built, not library components.
